The Redmi Note series is Xiaomi’s budget range smartphones. Last August 2017, Redmi Note 5A china version (check review here) was released and last November 2017, a global version was out in the market. The global version is MIUI 9.0 ready unlike the early released version that is in MIUI 8.5. Improvements on MIUI 9.0 includes faster speed and stability, better Mi Drop app, split screen feature and more.

Camera Modes

The Redmi Note 5A has a simple camera interface, up top you’ll see icons for flash and HDR controls, while below we  have filter presets, options for different camera modes and the change to front cam icon. Under Options we have: Panorama, Timer, Audio, Manual, Straighten, Beautify, HHT, Scene and Tilt-shift.
